LINEN
Bed linen (single or king-sized), towels (1 hand, 1 bath pp), tea towels and bath mats supplied free of charge.

Minimum booking - three nights.
BOOKING POLICIES
Pets are not accepted in the cottages.
A deposit of 50% of the cottage rental is required soon after booking (cheques only). The balance is payable on the day of arrival (cash or cheque).
Electricity is included.
Housekeeping / damages bond of £50 required per cottage per let and payable with cottage deposit. Fully refundable on the day of departure providing cottage is left clean, tidy and damage-free.
Deposits non-refundable if booking cancelled within eight weeks of arrival unless cottage is re-let.
Housekeeping / damages bond fully refunded upon cancellation.
